Rev. Zach Keele

Reverend Zachary Keele grew up on a ranch in a small town named Crawford, Colorado. He spent much of his young life running cattle, fixing fence, and putting up hay. After high school, he left Crawford to attend Geneva College in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. During his time at Geneva he met his wife, Tovauh, whom he married six hours after his graduation in 1999. A year later, the couple located to Southern California for Reverend Keele to begin his Master of Divinity studies at Westminster Seminary California. He graduated with honors from WSC as well as welcomed the birth of his first son, Alexander, in May of 2003. After his graduation, he was called to serve at the Escondido Orthodox Presbyterian Church Plant. He was ordained in February 2004 by the Southern California Presbytery. A year after being called as the evangelist of EOPC, the Keele family celebrated the birth of their second son, Bëor. In the summer of 2006 EOPC went on to be particularized and the congregation once again called Reverend Keele to be their pastor.

Reverend Keele currently lives in Escondido, California with his wife and their two sons. He is the full time senior pastor at EOPC and teaches every spring semester at WSC. When he is not serving the church, he enjoys wrestling with his sons, hiking, surfing, and fellowshipping with family and friends.
